Educational Event Coordinator
One of Guerra Financial Group’s main marketing initiatives is hosting weekly events for clients or community members to learn more about basic financial topics. This position is responsible for coordinating and attracting new prospects to virtual or in-person events using digital marketing or traditional marketing.
Social Media/Digital Marketer
Are you social media savvy? We’re looking for a talented digital marketer to join our team and build our online brand through Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Google. This person would be responsible for all marketing to new prospective clients by advertising downloads, paid products and appointments.
New Client Relations
We are driven to build lasting relationships with each client who joins our firm. As we grow, we need more team members to build and maintain those relationships. The ideal person for this position enjoys working with others and is detail-oriented while scheduling appointments with clients and advisors.
New Accounts Coordinator
Much of our services include behind-the-scenes work to keep clients’ accounts in order. This role is responsible for coordinating the movement of assets, processing new account paperwork and making the new clients feel comfortable with the process.
Client Service Associate
Our account services team is always looking to add dedicated team members. This position helps with processing and coordinating client service requests and holding client service and financial review appointments with existing clients.
As one of the main roles in our office, our financial advisors must adhere to our firm’s principles of trust and integrity in meeting with clients and giving honest financial advice. Our financial advisors are strictly held to the fiduciary standard while working with all existing and new clients and helping grow our business.
Office Administration Roles
As with most high-end offices, Guerra Financial Group needs effective leaders to help our processes run smoothly and efficiently every day. Our office administrators are in charge of implementing and overseeing all IT processes, HR roles and team management responsibilities as well as seeing office projects through to completion.
